We're looking for a few good banks that are interested in improving their risk mitigation and loan monitoring processes.

Mentoring Success Group is preparing to launch a new pilot project in Q1 2010 with its innovative Business Performance Analysis Engine. The objective is to provide a new method for banks and lenders to monitor the quality and performance of their outstanding commercial loans.

Banks currently have detailed procedures in place for credit analysis and risk mitigation before loans are made, but rely on little more than 1 or 2 courtesy visits with a client after the loan is completed. The BPAE is designed to provide the lender with detailed monthly operational performance reports of each client along with our proprietary Viability Score.
